Refund Policy

At Frankjane Publishing LLC, we strive to deliver exceptional publishing services and products. Because we offer both digital services and physical print items, our refund guidelines are structured as follows:

1. Professional Publishing Services
Editorial, Formatting, and Design Services: Deposits or payments made for manuscript editing, book formatting, and cover design services are fully refundable within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, provided work has not yet commenced. Once structural work or editing has begun, payments become non-refundable.

2. Physical Books & Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Damaged or Defective Items: If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to a printing or shipping error, please contact us at info@frankjanepublishing.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind: Because books are printed on-demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for standard changes of mind once an order has entered production.

3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement inquiry, please email our support team at info@frankjanepublishing.com with your order number, full name, and clear photographic evidence of any product defects (if applicable). Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
